Distillery Notes
Gatsby Gin is distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still in Fort Myers, Florida. Our master distiller oversees each production run, ensuring consistency and quality across every bottle. The base spirit is a neutral grain spirit distilled five times for exceptional purity before botanical infusion.
